Account Executives represent Table Rock Mortgage, LLC, in the community by developing relationships by promoting products/services to generating referral business from Realtors, Builders and other potential business partners. Responsibilities involve assisting in the creation & execution of the branch strategic Business Development Plan.
- Responsible for interviewing potential clients through Financial Talk, to determine their needs.
- Responsible for the education to clients regarding the mortgage loan process
- Constant communication with clients and Loan Coordinators
- Must know the products available to provide clients with loan scenario that best fits their needs
- Pricing loans for competitive Rebate pricing
- Min 2 years experience originating residential loan applications
- Knowledge of and relationships with Realtor/Builder community and other Business Partners
- Full understanding of the selling process with experience developing/implementing targeted marketing and sales plans
- Excellent verbal/written communication, presentation and organizational sales.
- Ability to work flexible hours on a regular basis with availability to work weekends
- Strong PC proficiency, knowledge of Word Excel, Power Point and Calayx Point programs
- Self-motivated, high energy and excellent organizational and follow up skills a must
