Loan Coordinators will be responsible for interviewing prospective borrowers, analyzing & determining their needs, communicating products/pricing programs and performing follow-up activities to ensure a smooth process. Responsible for the submission of new loans to processing.
- Assist Loan Processors in gathering documentation and to ensure applications consistently meet fundamental underwriting standards.
- Responsible for obtaining all pertinent information to complete application form 1003 to ensure the prompt and efficient processing of all loans.
- Maintains consistent communication flows, verbally and written, throughout loan process with loan processors, business developer and clients.
- Pricing loans for competitive Rebate Pricing and interest rate
- Strong sales experience with the ability to cross-sell
- Strong communication skills both over the phone, in person and in writing
- Clear understanding and practical application of all Fair Lending/Disclosure regulations and applicable lending policies/procedures
- 3-5 Years direct mortgage experience in Real Estate or a related Financial Field
- Knowledge of the applicable laws regarding mortgage banking and/or financial services
- Detailed Oriented.
